Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
